  • It’s essential for you to feel comfortable and confident with choosing a therapist. This free 30 minute service is complimentary for you to be empowered from the beginning of your journey.  We have this initial opportunity to briefly explore your needs, current struggles and to ask important questions about my treatment practices – this is the beginning of collaboration. 

    *If you make the decision that I may not be right for your needs, I will to refer you to other mental health professionals.

    *Referrals are a professional courtesy (up to 2 referrals per client) and does not constitute an appropriate fit, availability or any particular outcome, but rather a connection /or link to other community resources. In some cases, wait lists are possible and you may want to utilize your insurance providers or primary care provider (PCP) as other options.
