  • I practice from a holistic perspective that is the whole-person focused; practicing from this premise I believe allows us to collaboratively engage with an open perspective to observe the life forces that emerges within the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self. 

  • Psychotherapy with me is a process for you and I to explore your experiences, cultivate your knowledge, create your understanding; making the awareness intentional for your transformation. 

  • I support you in learning to balance, activate your energy, increase resiliency, improve the quality of the connection to self and others. I encourage you to the search for meaning of life’s circumstances when adversity is not welcomed but often appears. 

  • I passionately believe in a community of healing, connection and acceptance; that our time working together will assist you in expanding your network to heal, connect to others and resources that are life sustaining.

  • I will work with you in developing your own tools of self - advocacy, self efficacy, strengths; by acknowledging and validating your voice, needs and personal life goals.

  • I navigate these areas in the practice of a psychodynamic that encompasses; positive psychology, spirituality, mindfulness and contemplative practices in my counseling work.

  • Supporting you in discovering resiliency, divine strength from within, and learn to adapt to life’s circumstances by learning how to move through conflict.
